Renewable Energy - Heat Pump Air Conditioning
Heat Pump air conditioners are classed as “renewable energy” since they extract heat from the outdoor air (which is always there, even in winter!), upgrade it and pump it into the conditioned space.
Most manufacturers now only offer their air conditioning products in the heat pump versions.
Heat pumps offer numerous advantages as a heating solution. The same systems used to cool can also be used to heat, resulting in less initial investment and simplicity in operation and maintenance.
